If you live in Cypress Lakes and want to advertise your business or offer a service you may place your ad on the website. There are a few basic guidelines:

1. You must be a member in good standing with Cypress Lakes Community Association. All dues must be paid and up to date as well as your property in compliance.
2. You must pay a $35 fee to for your ad to run for 365 days. (Make checks payable to Cypress Lakes Community Association)
3. Your advertising space will be a logo on this page. Your logo is a clickable link to your website
4. If you wish to advertise on this page and you are not an owner that cost is $75/year. You may include specials or discounts for our residents.
